This restored and refurbished tranquil 1940s hideaway offers indoor and outdoor seating for six, 1 bedroom + den, full bath, and an open kitchen/dining area conducive to great conversation. PRIME BEDROOM presents views of the night sky from the queen bed. Big dipper in plain view from your pillow in autumn.

DEN BEDROOM pairs a queen pull-out with a cozy pellet stove. When bed is not in use, room doubles as a record lounge complete with vintage turntable and eclectic assorted vinyl.

OPEN KITCHEN AND DINING AREA is stocked with all the basics for home cooking. Ample counter space for prepping, plating, dishing, dining, talking, laughing, bonding and the like. Please Note: No Dishwasher.

Booking Policies 

+ Pets welcome - We do allow 2 per stay under 30lbs at an additional cost of $15/pet/night. Please notify us if you intend to bring a pet.
+ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host (not by host site).
+ Renter's Agreement... All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided.
+ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
