Welcome to Murden Cove, your relaxing, Puget Sound beachfront getaway. This 3BR home features a full kitchen and everything you need for a memorable vacation with friends and family, not to mention just 5 miles from the Bainbridge and many great shops, restaurants and bars, and the ferry.
Murden Cove is a newly listed private home located waterfront on Bainbridge Island. You have your own private beach located just steps from the house. You will experience many different settings during your stay as high tide and low tide have a huge impact on what you are seeing and the wildlife that comes. Wait until low tide and you can walk for miles on the sand bar and beach. We offer two kayaks for your pleasure to take out on the Puget as well as some nearby streams.
Inside you'll find three (3) three bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The home has retained many of the original features with focus on the sites of the beautiful Puget Sound. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that share a private bathroom that has a toilet, vanity and bathtub only.
Downstairs there is the third bedroom that has direct access to the bathroom on the first floor with vanity, toilet, bathtub and shower. The living room, kitchen and dining room for 4 are also located on the first floor with the deck entrance coming from the dining room or living room.
Outside you have tons of privacy and green space for the whole family. We offer kayaks, games and seating for your enjoyment! In the front yard you will find our bunk house that has two extra twin beds for the kids over any overflow sleeping.

BOOKING POLICIES
+ Pets welcome -- Maximum 2 per stay under 30lbs. Additional fee of $30/pet/night.
+ Two exterior security cameras covering the front door and driveway.
+ Must be 25 years old to rent; photo ID required for age verification prior to arrival.
+ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host (not by host site).
+ Renter's Agreement... All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided.
+ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)
